In addition, Jake spent many years working as a farm hand, developing a strong work ethic and respect for hard, honest labor. His experience working with individuals with special needs further shaped the company’s values—patience, consistency, and respect for every client and every space.

Bill Greiner brings over 25 years of retail management experience and 8 years as a regional recruiter, providing strong operational leadership, customer service standards, and clear communication. His background ensures that Greiner Clean & Clear operates professionally— from scheduling and estimates to follow-through and accountability.
